Summary of Toyani Rules

1. You may not travel if you are under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substance.

2. Drugs, smoking, eating, drinking, chewing gum and littering are strictly prohibited on Toyani mall shuttles.

3. It is illegal to tamper with any equipment or damage or vandalise Toyani vehicles or premises.

4. Passengers may only board a Toyani vehicle at designated shopping malls unless otherwise instructed by an authorised official.

5. Passengers may not board a Toyani vehicles that is at full capacity or which is out of service, unless otherwise instructed by an authorised official.

6. Reasonable instructions issued by Toyani officials must be obeyed and observed.

7. Passengers may must always be seated with seatbelts on when traveling.

8. You may travel with items provided you do not require assistance getting them into Toyani mall shuttles, and provided that the items do not inconvenience or cause discomfort to fellow passengers.
 

9. The possession of dangerous items or materials on Toyani mall shuttles is strictly prohibited.
 

10. Do not leave your possessions unattended.
 

11. You may not interfere with other persons or their possessions on Toyani mall shuttles without their explicit consent.
 

12. Pets are not allowed on Toyani mall shuttles.

13. An “authorised official” means an employee of the Toyani Mall Shuttles.
